Accountable Recruitment is partnering with a globally recognised organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner for Manchester city centre. You will lead financial analysis, provide commercial insight and influence strategic decisions across a major segment of the business.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and help maximise profitability through robust modelling and forecast accuracy. Hybrid working and a strong benefits package are on offer.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA or CIMA required.
• Experience as Senior Finance Business Partner or Commercial Finance role.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting and planning processes.

Responsabilités

• Partner with senior operational and commercial leaders to support strategic decision-making.
• Deliver insightful analysis on revenue, margin, cost performance and KPIs.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities.
• Provide financial challenge to improve business performance.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate opportunities.
• Track and analyze key business drivers to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly performance reporting to senior leadership teams.
• Support pricing, promotions and profitability analysis.
• Drive accountability through performance metrics and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for cost control and efficiency improvements.
• Improve reporting, planning and decision-support with finance colleagues.
• Contribute to strategic projects and business improvements.
