Join us as a Senior Finance Manager, shaping financial strategies for our global media clients. This role offers a dynamic environment with growth opportunities, including leading a small team and driving financial operations and strategies.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Collaborate with media client leads and the Chief Client Officer to refine financial strategies and reporting, providing insightful analysis.
• Client Profitability Enhancement: Improve client profitability by analyzing KPIs, addressing issues, and supporting global finance leads with strategic validation.
• Data Monitoring and Improvement: Oversee development of finance dashboards and strategies to improve revenue reporting, ensuring accurate forecasts.
• Global Client Finance Leadership: Lead finance for specific global clients, facilitating communication between global leads, commercial, and local finance teams. Drive process improvements.
• Pitch and Transition Support: Advise on establishing efficient global finance billing structures for cross-country operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Business Partner in matrix organizations, with strong financial reporting and database skills.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, metrics-driven, with a comprehensive understanding of business dynamics.
• Communication: Excellent communication and influencing skills, open-minded in relationship building.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency; familiarity with Hyperion Planning, Salesforce, ERP, and PowerBI is a plus.
• Leadership: Ability to collaborate at all levels, demonstrating thought leadership and critical thinking.
