Join us as a Senior Finance Manager, where you'll shape financial strategies for our global media clients. This role offers a vibrant environment with growth and learning opportunities. You may also lead a small team, driving our financial operations and strategies.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Collaborate with media client leads and the Chief Client Officer team to refine financial strategies and reporting, providing insightful analysis of strategic plans.
• Client Profitability Enhancement: Improve client profitability by analyzing KPIs, resolving inconsistencies, and supporting global finance leads with strategic validations.
• Data Monitoring and Improvement: Oversee development of finance dashboards and strategies to improve revenue reporting, ensuring accurate forecasts and business strategies.
• Global Client Finance Leadership: Serve as finance lead for specific global media clients, liaising between Global Client Leads, commercial teams, and local finance teams. Lead improvements in finance processes across departments.
• Pitch and Transition Support: Advise on establishing efficient global finance billing structures, focusing on cross-country operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Business Partner in matrixed organizations, with expertise in financial reporting and database management.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, metrics-driven, with a holistic understanding of business dynamics.
• Communication: Excellent communication and influencing skills, with an open-minded approach to relationships.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency; familiarity with Financial Planning Systems (Hyperion Planning, Salesforce), ERP systems, and PowerBI is a plus.
• Leadership: Ability to collaborate across organizational levels, demonstrating thought leadership and critical thinking.
