Base pay range

Job Title: Management Consultant - Finance Systems

Salary: £70,000 to £85,000 dependent on experience + 15% annual bonus based on company performance+ private healthcare + Benefits

Location: Head office is Birmingham however 100% remote working can be provided.

About Us:

Trinity House Group are working with an entrepreneurial management consultancy that specialises in finance transformation solutions. They have a variety of FTSE 100 to SME clients and as they continue to grow are looking for a proactive and skilled Management Consultant who has a specialism in Finance Systems/Transformation to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for finance transformation, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and have a strong consulting background.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive finance transformation and systems projects, helping clients implement solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Work with internal teams and contribute to areas beyond consulting.
• Learn and master new financial systems and tools, applying them to client projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous client-facing consulting experience is essential.
• An understanding of accounting principles and the needs of finance teams (part-qualified or relevant experience welcome).
• A background in Finance Transformation, System Implementation or EPM Consulting.
• Prior experience in solutions such as; OneStream, Anaplan, Board, CCH Tagetik, Workday Adaptive, LucaNet, Jedox, Planful, Prophix, Vena etc is ideal but not a prerequisite.
