Join us as a Senior Finance Manager, where you'll play a key role in shaping financial strategies for our global media clients. This position offers a vibrant environment with growth and learning opportunities. You may also lead a small team, driving our financial operations and strategies forward.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting and Analysis: Work closely with media client leads and the Chief Client Officer team to develop financial strategies and reporting. Provide insightful analysis of strategic plans.
Client Profitability Enhancement: Improve client profitability by analyzing key performance indicators, resolving inconsistencies, and supporting global client finance leads with strategic validation.
Data Monitoring and Improvement: Oversee the development of central finance dashboards and develop strategies to enhance revenue reporting, ensuring accurate forecasts and business strategies.
Global Client Finance Leadership: Serve as the finance lead for specific global media clients, acting as a key link between Global Client Leads, commercial teams, and local market finance teams. Lead improvements in inter-departmental finance processes.
Pitch and Transition Support: Advise on establishing efficient global finance billing structures, focusing on cross-country operations.
Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Finance Business Partner in matrixed organizations. Experience with financial reporting and database management is essential.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a focus on metrics and understanding of business dynamics.
Communication: Excellent communication and influencing skills, with an open-minded approach to relationships.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills are crucial; familiarity with Financial Planning Systems (e.g., Hyperion Planning, Salesforce), ERP, and PowerBI dashboards is a plus.
Leadership: Ability to collaborate at various organizational levels, demonstrating thought leadership and critical thinking.
