Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting and Analysis: Collaborate closely with media client leads and the Chief Client Officer team to refine financial strategies and reporting. Provide insightful analyses of strategic plans.
Client Profitability Enhancement: Enhance client profitability by analyzing key performance indicators, addressing inconsistencies, and supporting global client finance leads with strategic validations.
Data Monitoring and Improvement: Oversee the development of central finance dashboards and devise strategies to refine revenue reporting, ensuring accurate forecasts and business strategies.
Global Client Finance Leadership: Act as the finance lead for specific global media clients, serving as a crucial link between Global Client Leads, commercial teams, and local market finance teams. Spearhead the improvement of inter-departmental finance processes.
Pitch and Transition Support: Provide consultation on establishing efficient global finance billing structures, focusing on cross-country operations.
Experience: Proven track record as a Finance Manager or Finance Business Partner in matrixed organisations. Experience in financial reporting and working with databases is essential.
Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical capabilities with a strong affinity for metrics and a holistic understanding of business dynamics.
Communication: Outstanding communication and influencing skills, with an open-minded approach to relationship building.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel is crucial, and familiarity with Financial Planning Systems (such as Hyperion Planning and Salesforce.com), ERP, and PowerBI dashboards is a plus.
Leadership: Ability to collaborate across various organizational levels, showcasing thought leadership and critical thinking.
