You will produce monthly management accounts, oversee month-end and year-end closes, manage cash flow and budgets, and work with operational teams to sharpen pricing and expansion plans.

Qualificações

• ACA or ACCA qualification is required.
• Experience in a senior finance or financial management role.
• Hospitality/multi-site experience preferred.
• Strong management accounting and financial controls knowledge.
• Capable of cash flow management, forecasting and reporting.
• Experience leading or developing a finance team.
• Able to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience with NetSuite and advanced Excel.

Senior Finance Manager

I'm looking to speak with an experienced, commercially focused Senior Finance Manager for an exciting opportunity with a well-established, multi-site hospitality business based in Cheltenham.

Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the finance function, manage a team of three and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

This is a varied role combining hands‑on financial management, team leadership and commercial support, with plenty of scope to influence business performance and drive improvements.

The role:

• Take responsibility for the production of monthly management accounts and financial reporting

About you:

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Proven experience in a senior finance or financial management role
• Ideally experienced within hospitality, retail or another multi-site environment
• Strong management accounting and financial control knowledge
• Confident managing cash flow, forecasting and financial reporting
• Previous experience managing or developing a finance team
• Commercially aware, with the ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-finance stakeholders
• Experience using NetSuite and advanced Excel
