Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd in Gloucestershire is seeking a commercially minded Senior Finance Manager to join a multi-site hospitality business at its Cheltenham head office. You’ll own the day-to-day finance function, lead a small team of three and strengthen financial controls while driving commercial performance.

Senior Finance Manager | Hospitality | Cheltenham

• Location:Gloucestershire
• Salary: £70,000
• Multi-site hospitality

I'm working on an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Senior Finance Manager to join an established, multi-site hospitality business at its head office in Cheltenham. Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, leading a small team of three and playing a key role in strengthening financial controls, improving reporting and driving commercial performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading management accounts, month-end and year-end reporting
• Managing cash flow, forecasting and working capital
• Leading, developing and supporting a small finance team of three
• Partnering with Operations to improve site performance, margins and profitability
• Providing commercial analysis to support pricing, new site openings and business growth
• Driving improvements across financial processes, controls and reporting

What we're looking for:

• ACA / ACCA qualified
• Senior finance experience, ideally within hospitality, retail or a multi-site business
• Strong technical accounting, financial control and cash flow forecasting skills
• Experience leading and developing a small team
• Commercially minded, with strong analytical and business partnering abilities
• NetSuite and advanced Excel experience
