Job summary

McLaren Automotive Limited is seeking a high-calibre Senior Finance Manager to lead finance business partnering across Corporate Functions, reporting to the Head of Finance. You will own the financial performance, planning, control and decision support for the Corporate Functions portfolio, shaping capital investment and governance.

You’ll manage a team of Senior Finance Analysts and Finance Analysts, partnering with functional ExCo members and Directors to challenge assumptions and drive

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA credentials.
• 6+ years post-qualification experience.
• Experience leading finance business partnering across corporate/functional areas.
• Experience in automotive, manufacturing or capital-intensive environments preferred.
• Ability to build and develop finance teams and deliver decision-ready insights.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end finance partnering for the Corporate Functions portfolio.
• Lead and develop a multi-level team of finance analysts.
• Deliver decision-ready insight to the Executive Team and ExCo members.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes for Corporate Functions.
• Oversee financial reporting, month-end close, and balance-sheet integrity.
