Job summary

McLaren Racing is seeking a Lead, Finance Business Partner for the Heritage division. You will partner with Heritage Leadership, Engineering, Commercial, Production and Leadership teams to provide financial insight and strategic support for programmes, projects and restoration activities.

You will drive governance, budgeting, forecasting and cost control while enabling healthy growth and profitability across Heritage initiatives and related workstreams.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA and significant finance partnering experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, automotive or project-based environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Heritage leadership to improve profitability, margin and cash generation.
• Lead pricing reviews, business cases and investment appraisals for proposals and terms.
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities across the TPC programme to maximise value.
• Own financial governance for Heritage programmes, assets and inventory controls.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting with KPIs.
