Job summary

McLaren Racing in Woking is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner - Commercial to lead accurate financial planning and provide decision support for revenue-driven areas. You will partner with licensing, business development and marketing, supporting in-year performance and pipeline potential.

A key finance contact for Directors and budget owners, you will drive robust budgeting and BI reporting. You will deliver monthly, quarterly and annual planning cycles, maintain forecasts, and identify

Qualifications

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
Excellent Excel and IT skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Workday and Power BI experience is desirable.
Ability to nurture and develop junior team members.

Responsibilities

Analyse financial results and proposals against budgets and ROI.
Prepare budgets and forecasts and maintain long-term forecasts.
Partner with licensing, business development and marketing to support agile decisions.
Own delivery of Commercial Finance monthly, quarterly and annual planning cycles.
Review the Commercial Business Unit month-end close process for accuracy.
Maintain forecasting and budgeting templates and robust budgetary controls.
Develop internal Workday and Power BI reporting.
Identify opportunities for process improvement across Finance.
