Job summary

McLaren Racing Ltd seeks a Senior Finance Business Partner for the Commercial unit. You will build accurate financial plans, report performance, and provide decision support to senior leaders.

You will partner with licensing, business development and marketing, supporting adherence to budgets and ROI while developing Workday and Power BI reporting. A data-driven finance professional is expected to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance team.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with strong analytical capability.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Excel and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyse financial results and proposals against budgets and ROI.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts; respond to ad hoc requirements and long-term forecasts.
• Partner with licensing, business development and marketing to support agile decisions.
• Own delivery of Commercial Finance monthly, quarterly and annual planning cycles.
• Review month-end close with wider Finance teams to ensure accuracy.
• Develop internal Workday and Power BI reporting; build robust budget controls.
