McLaren Automotive Limited seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead finance business partnering across Corporate Functions, owning performance, planning and decision support. You will manage a team of Senior Finance Analysts and Finance Analysts, partnering with ExCo and functional leaders to drive value and robust governance.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, month-end close and reporting, and influence capital investment decisions to deliver strategic objectives with clarity and pace.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• 6+ years post-qualified experience
• Extensive finance business partnering experience in a senior role with ownership of a material cost base
• Experience in Automotive/Manufacturing/Engineering or similar capital-intensive environments is beneficial
• Advanced Excel skills and experience improving reporting/tools are essential

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end financial performance for Corporate Functions portfolio across actuals, forecast, budgets and plans
• Lead and develop a multi-level team of Finance Analysts
• Provide decision-ready insights to the Executive Team and ExCo members
• Own financial reporting, month-end close, accruals, journals and balance-sheet integrity
• Challenge investment decisions and capital allocation to align with business priorities
• Build strong relationships with functional leaders and translate complex financial data into clear messages
