Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group in Leeds is seeking a commercially driven Senior Finance Business Partner to influence performance across multiple business areas. You will partner with operational and commercial leaders and act as a trusted adviser to the leadership team.

This role leads budgeting, forecasting, modelling and scenario analysis, challenges investments and pricing, presents recommendations to senior leaders, and develops a small high-performing finance team in a hybrid Leeds office.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification required.
• Experience as Finance Business Partner in large, complex organisations.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, modelling and performance analysis.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.

Responsibilities

Salary: Up to £75,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

Location: Leeds (Hybrid – 2 days in the office)

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a market-leading organisation in a highly visible Senior Finance Business Partner position, partnering directly with senior operational and commercial leaders across a complex, fast-paced business.

You'll become a trusted advisor to the leadership team, helping shape commercial decisions, challenge performance, improve profitability and influence strategic direction. This is far more than budgeting and reporting it's about driving business performance through insight, challenge and partnership.

The Role

About You

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Proven Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance experience within a large, complex organisation.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Experience delivering budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and business performance analysis.
• Naturally curious with the confidence to question, influence and drive change.
• Strong leadership skills with experience developing people and improving finance processes.
