Job summary

Anglian in Norwich is seeking a Finance Business Partner to partner with operations and commercial teams, providing insightful analysis to improve decision making and drive performance.

You'll influence strategy, support budgeting and forecasting, challenge assumptions, and work closely with budget holders and senior leaders to identify opportunities and manage risks. The role blends finance and commercial insight to shape growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience as Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or Commercial Finance role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Commercially aware with the confidence to influence and challenge.

What we're looking for:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Commercially aware with the confidence to influence and challenge positively
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems and reporting tools
