Job summary

Four Squared in Bedfordshire is seeking a Finance Business Partner to influence decision-making and drive performance across the organisation. You will deliver meaningful financial analysis, prepare budgets and forecasts, and challenge performance with senior stakeholders.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, the role offers hybrid working, exposure to strategic projects, and development opportunities. The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent, with strong Excel and ERP

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or qualified by experience).
• Experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting role.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP systems.

Bedfordshire Up to £70,000 + Benefits Hybrid Working

Are you a commercially minded finance professional looking to step into a true business partnering role where you can influence decision-making and drive performance?

We're working with a successful and growing business in Bedfordshire looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to support senior stakeholders across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys working closely with operational teams, providing commercial insight and helping shape business strategy.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll be responsible for delivering meaningful financial analysis, challenging performance and supporting key business decisions. This is a highly visible role with exposure to senior leadership and plenty of opportunity to make a real impact.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with operational and departmental leaders to improve financial performance.

About You

You'll be a proactive and commercially focused finance professional who enjoys building relationships across the business.

You'll ideally have:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or be qualified by experience with relevant commercial experience).
• Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting role.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP systems.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
