Job summary

Millennium Hotels and Resorts UK/EU is seeking a Senior Finance Assistant for a nine‑month fixed term maternity cover, based at Copthorne Hotel Aberdeen. You will provide financial support in a busy hospitality environment, handling invoicing, reconciliations and daily office tasks.

The role requires accuracy under pressure, strong numeracy, and a collaborative approach. Experience with Opera or similar systems is a plus, and you’ll work closely with the Financial Controller to assist month end

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a finance or admin role.
• Experience of Opera/similar is advantageous.
• Experience of Word, Excel, Email.
• High level of numeracy and literacy.
• A self-motivated individual who has the ability to work using initiative and as part of a team.
• The ability to work to a high standard, while managing a busy workload.
• The ability to work accurately under pressure.

Are you an experienced Finance Assistant with a hospitality background, looking for a new and exciting challenge?
