Millennium & Copthorne Hotels in Aberdeen is seeking a Senior Finance Assistant for a fixed-term maternity cover of 9 months. The role is full-time (40 hours) in the office at Copthorne Hotel Aberdeen.

You will manage invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, and general admin, with daily income audits and petty cash handling in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Opera experience and strong numeracy are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a finance or admin role.
• Experience of Opera/similar is advantageous.
• Experience of Word, Excel, Email.
• High level of numeracy and literacy.
• A self-motivated individual who has the ability to work using initiative and as part of a team.
• The ability to work to a high standard, while managing a busy workload.
• The ability to work accurately under pressure.

Are you an experienced Finance Assistant with a hospitality background, looking for a new and exciting challenge?
