Job summary

Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 is seeking an Assistant Financial Controller to oversee daily finance operations within the Finance team and support the month-end close, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The role covers bank reconciliations, aged debtors, income audit, accounts payable and PO processing, with a focus on hospitality standards and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage Bank Reconciliation on a daily basis including PDQ, Bacs and Cash.
• Manage Aged Debtors process and Sales Ledger invoicing, ensuring timely payments.
• Support Income Audit processes and purchasing activity.
• Support Accounts Payable including PO preparation and invoice processing.
• Oversee and assist daily Finance operations.
• Handle ad-hoc finance duties as directed by Director of Finance.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Manage the Bank Reconciliation on a daily basis. Balancing PDQ, Bacs and Cash

• Manage the Aged Debtors process on a daily basis, supporting the preparation of Sales Ledger invoicing, managing all Hotels Ledgers relating to Sales. Dealing with all Ar accounts ensuring all invoices paid according to terms

• Support Income Audit Processes

• Support AccountsPayable, preparation of Purchase Orders, Invoice processing.

• Support & Supervise daily Finance operations.

• Ad-hoc finance duties set by Director ofFinance
