Legal & General is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join the Finance Reporting & Analytics team in Cardiff. You will deliver high-quality reporting, analytics and data visualisation to support informed decision-making across Finance and the wider business.

You will work with Tableau and Power BI on dashboards, explore AI-enabled tools, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights, driving efficiency and governance across finance data.

Qualifications

• Experience designing dashboards and reports in Tableau.
• Strong SQL skills with large/complex datasets.
• Experience creating Power BI reports and visuals.
• Analytical, problem-solving and requirements gathering abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools (Copilot, GenAI) and visualisation best practices.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and strategic reporting solutions.
• Enhance and optimise reporting across Finance and the wider business.
• Develop Power BI reports and visuals where required.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
• Analyse large datasets to produce actionable insights.
• Support data quality, governance and access-control processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and improve efficiency.
• Use AI-enabled tools to enhance reporting and insights.
