Job summary

Leidos Europe is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join the UK team in Bristol, supporting the LCST programme within the Mission Systems & Integrated Logistics division. The role covers forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, acting as the bridge between Finance and operations and delivering high‑quality financial outputs in a fast paced environment.

You will lead financial reporting, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and drive process improvements while managing a direct report.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis.
• High proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance contact for monthly/quarterly forecasting.
• Prepare and review Estimates at Completion (EAC) and variance analyses.
• Act as a Finance Business Partner to support strategy and growth decisions.
• Partner with operational teams to reflect activity and forecasts in results.
• Challenge financial information from subcontractors before reporting.
• Develop and present management information and dashboards.
