Babcock in Bristol is seeking a Lead Finance Business Partner to shape financial strategy across defence and engineering programmes. You’ll partner with senior leaders, manage a high-performing finance team, and influence decisions that impact national capability.

You’ll drive forecasting, budgeting, long-term planning, and financial reporting to senior management while identifying risks and opportunities to improve margin and cash performance. Hybrid working with office and home days.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in finance leadership or commercial finance roles.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive performance.
• Experience leading finance teams and advising on complex programmes.

• Lead financial support to programme leadership and operations teams.
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning across contracts.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to challenge assumptions and improve performance.
