Leidos in Bristol is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join the UK team. You will lead financial forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis across the LCST programme, acting as a Finance Partner to operational teams and senior stakeholders.

You will develop management information, including Power BI dashboards, and drive continuous improvement while supporting a direct report. The role blends financial leadership with strategic insight in a defence programme context.

Formación

• Experience in financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful insights for stakeholders.
• Ownership of forecasts, reporting cycles and deliverables with accuracy and timeliness.
• Strong business partnering with senior financial and non‑financial stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills for modelling and data analysis.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards and management information.
• Line management or mentoring experience is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting for Leidos Supply Ltd.’s services expenditure.
• Prepare and review Estimates at Completion (EAC) with variance analysis.
• Act as a Finance Business Partner to provide financial insight and challenge.
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders to reflect activity in results and forecasts.
• Review financial information from key subcontractors for accuracy.
• Develop performance metrics and present insights to leadership.
• Respond to customer financial queries and support audits.
• Drive continuous improvement across the Finance team and reporting tools.
• Provide line management to one direct report.
