Babcock is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Bristol/Stoke Gifford site on a full-time/permanent basis. The role focuses on leading analytics and software development for a UK defence programme, using Python to drive data-driven decisions and strategic planning.

You will manage a small team, develop modelling solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insights and robust analytical products. The position offers a generous benefits package and clear career development.

Competenze

• Experience developing and delivering analytical solutions using Python.
• Proven experience leading or managing small teams of data analysts and/or software developers.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and balancing changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for analysis and data visualisation
