Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance AI Engineer to architect and deliver production-grade AI applications in finance, focusing on agent orchestration, evaluation habitats and secure enterprise integration. You will work closely with finance users, architects and data engineers to translate requirements into reliable, scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes building reusable patterns, applying advanced AI capabilities to cash, profitability and risk, and delivering outcomes that integrate with ERP/EPM

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering discipline with Python and at least one other production language such as TypeScript or equivalent.
• Hands-on LLM application development including tool use, structured outputs, retrieval and agent frameworks.
• Experience with evaluation, observability and LLMOps/AgentOps, including versioning, monitoring and rollback.
• Security-conscious design for enterprise integration, including authentication, secrets and PII handling.
• Ability to translate client needs into testable requirements and collaborate with finance users.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI-enabled finance workflows and agentic capabilities within client engagements.
• Implement patterns for LLM applications including tool use, memory management and multi-agent orchestration.
• Integrate with ERP/EPM systems and data repositories using secure APIs and connectors.
• Instrument agent behaviour with tests, ensure traceability and secure failure handling.
• Create user interfaces and runbooks for finance users to review and act on agent actions.
