Accenture is hiring a Finance AI Engineer to build production-grade AI applications for finance processes. You will engineer agent workflows, integrate with ERP/EPM, and ensure observability, security, and governance across implementations.

The role involves collaborating with finance users, process specialists and data engineers to translate requirements into reliable software and reusable patterns within a delivery pod.

Qualificações

• Strong software engineering discipline with Python and another production language.
• Hands-on LLM application development with tool use and structured outputs.
• Experience with evaluation, observability, and LLMOps/AgentOps.
• Understanding of secure enterprise integration and sensitive data handling.
• Ability to work with finance users and translate needs into testable requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Build and deploy agentic workflows in live finance processes with clear criteria.
• Implement LLM patterns: tool calls, memory management, multi-agent orchestration.
• Integrate with ERP/EPM systems using secure APIs and connectors.
• Write evaluations and ensure observable, recoverable agent behavior.
• Create finance user interfaces for review, approval and evidence of actions.
• Package and operate solutions with cloud services, CI/CD and IaC.
• Collaborate with finance users, process specialists, and data engineers.
• Contribute reusable patterns back to the practice asset base.
