Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance AI Architect to lead end-to-end architecting of agentic finance solutions in a complex enterprise environment. You will shape architecture across several pods, ensuring secure, scalable, and production-ready AI capabilities that influence CFO and CIO decisions.

You will drive LLMOps/AgentOps standards, evaluate models, and collaborate with client security, data and enterprise architecture teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Production agentic or LLM systems at scale in enterprise settings.
• Strong architecture background in distributed systems and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on depth in LLM application architecture (RAG, embeddings, vector retrieval).
• Experience with evaluation and reliability engineering for LLM systems.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, privacy controls and GDPR considerations.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the reference architecture for finance agents, including memory and retrieval.
• Set model selection and routing strategy across proprietary and open-weight models and clouds.
• Design the control plane with identity, access controls and auditability.
• Own non-functional architecture for scalability, security and cost efficiency.
• Define LLMOps and AgentOps standards and production criteria.
• Define secure integration patterns for ERP/EPM platforms with security teams.
• Provide technical authority in pursuits and lead talks with CFO/CIO stakeholders.
• Establish engineering standards and mentor the team.
• Define measurable outcomes with finance leaders and value metrics.
