Job summary

Kwik Fit is seeking a Senior Field Technician to join our expert field team, supporting centres across the UK with advanced diagnostics, problem-solving, and specialist repair work.

This field-based role involves work on ICE, hybrid and electric vehicles, with national travel. You will mentor technicians, share knowledge, and uphold high safety and workmanship standards while delivering great customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience across ICE, hybrid and EV systems.
• Advanced fault-finding and diagnostic capabilities.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to urgent and planned technical callouts.
• On-site diagnosis, repair and validation, including road testing.
• Mentor technicians and share expertise across the network.
• Collaborate with centre teams to prioritise and resolve issues.
• Lead technical excellence and contribute to training materials.
