Qualifications

• Extensive experience in video surveillance camera systems engineering.
• Knowledge in Industrial/commercial surveillance camera systems.
• Troubleshooting IP67 sealed devices in CCTV environments.
• IT video surveillance networking experience.
• Installation and commissioning of CCTV systems.
• Certified at Heights for installation (or equivalent).
• Willingness to travel regularly within the UK and overseas.
• Understanding of networking principles and tools.
• Knowledge of safe working practices and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Create final design documentation for projects.
• Respond to customer questions and comments related to the project.
• Conduct field surveys to assist field engineers when needed.
• Plan and execute technical tasks per defined processes and instructions.
• Respond to customer problems directly or via internal interfaces.
• Resolve design-related technical issues encountered on site.
