• Ability to read design documents and perform site verification testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform system configuration for supported solutions.
• Conduct site verification testing prior to launch.
• Support customers and channel partners during deployment.
• Document changes during implementation.
• Resolve installation or quality issues promptly.
• Maintain mandatory documentation.
• Develop and approve Method of Procedure documentation.
• Participate in pre-contract oral presentations and customer negotiations.
• Maintain subject-matter expertise.
• Self-learn independently off-the-job.
