Job summary

Osprey Engineering Solutions is hiring a Field Service Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of rotating equipment on-site. You will supervise field teams, manage customer expectations and ensure quality and safety standards across projects.

The role requires 10+ years of experience with high-value equipment, strong leadership, and proficiency with API 617/687 standards, plus a full driving licence. Immediate start and field-based travel are expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience with high-value rotating equipment projects.
• Experience leading field service teams and coordinating multiple personnel.
• Familiarity with API 617 and API 687 standards is essential.
• Full driving licence and ability to travel as required.
• Proactive, positive attitude with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field service projects and technicians across sites.
• Compile field service reports and daily logs for projects.
• Ensure HSEQ compliance and toolbox talks be completed.
• Liaise with Field Service Coordinator and engineering team.
• Develop junior field service technicians and support workshops.
