Job summary

Kwik Fit is seeking an experienced Senior Field Technician to support centres across the UK with advanced diagnostics and specialist repairs. The role covers ICE, hybrid, and electric vehicles as you travel to sites for on-site diagnosis, repair, and validation.

You will mentor technicians, share insights, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining high safety and workmanship standards in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

Strong expertise across ICE, hybrid, and EV systems.
Advanced fault-finding and diagnostic capability.
Comfortable using specialist tools and diagnostic equipment.
Able to work independently and manage workload.

Responsibilities

Respond to urgent and planned technical callouts.
Deliver on-site diagnosis, repair and validation including road testing.
Provide rectification backup to support customer experience.
Coach & develop others within the network of centres.
Share insights on faults and trends to shape improvements.
Act as a link between field experience and internal teams.
