Job summary

Prudentia Sciences is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the senior technical presence in client engagements. You will scope problems with stakeholders, integrate our platform with client systems and data, and create production-grade configurations and extensions on AWS.

You’ll apply LLMs and AI capabilities, partner with the data team on new data sources, and help shape the product by turning field insights into reusable features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with client-facing or forward deployed experience.
• Strong back-end or full-stack skills in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on AWS experience in production environments.
• Practical experience with LLMs, retrieval, and evaluation for client use.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical side of client onboarding and deployment, from discovery and scoping through go-live and expansion.
• Integrate Prudentia with client systems and data: internal databases, data rooms, document repositories, licensed datasets, and identity providers, within security requirements.
• Build client-specific workflows, configurations, models, and extensions on top of our AWS-based platform, written to production standards.
