Pharosyn is seeking a forward‑deployed engineer to work directly with client teams in London, owning deployments from scoping to go‑live. You will set technical direction, architecture, and agent design for scalable workflows in pharma‑adjacent domains.

You will thrive with 3+ years in production at a scale‑up or B2B SaaS/AI startup, shipping AI agents in production and solving undefined client problems with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Forward deployed engineer with track record in scale‑up or B2B SaaS/AI.
• Shipped software for undefined user problems without PM guidance.
• Built, evaluated, deployed AI agents in production and iterated.

Responsibilities

• Own deployments from scoping to go‑live with client teams.
• Set technical direction and architecture for each deployment.
• Take on new departments and lead 1–2 engineers with a domain expert.
