Job summary

Anabas (UK 2) Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to act as the on-site representative, leading strategic and operational delivery of all workplace and FM services.

You will drive workplace programmes, relocation projects, asset management, and day-to-day facilities operations, balancing client expectations with supplier performance in a proactive, solutions-driven environment. DBS check is part of pre-employment vetting.

Qualifications

• IWFM Level 3 (or higher) certification.
• 3–5+ years’ experience in Facilities Management or operations leadership.
• Experience in vendor-led environments with client-facing responsibility.
• Proven track record in team leadership and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace experience initiatives and engagement programmes.
• Identify and implement service enhancements to improve employee experience.
• Monitor performance through feedback, analytics and utilisation insights.
• Plan and support relocation and workplace projects with operational readiness.
• Maintain project documentation including risk registers and schedules.
• Oversee asset registers and lifecycle planning with contractual compliance.
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance with service providers.
• Lead day-to-day FM services including cleaning, security, reception and catering.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs and Health & Safety requirements.
• Hold budget accountability across labour, materials and subcontractors.
• Support contract reporting, governance and continuous improvement planning.
• Maintain strong client and partner relationships.
• Keep CAFM/CMMS systems and records up to date.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
