Job summary

Anabas is seeking an experienced Account Manager to act as the primary off-site representative, leading strategic and operational delivery of Facilities Management services across multiple client environments in London and beyond.

You will manage 5-star service delivery, ensure health and safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with site teams, the Anabas Helpdesk, and approved subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years demonstrable experience within the FM sector and complex service delivery.
• Proven leadership within similar-sized organisations.
• Ability to manage diverse FM portfolios with varying needs and priorities.
• Experience with budget management, process improvement, and relationship management.
• Customer-driven approach and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic and operational delivery of FM services across client environments.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality through site management and approved subcontractors.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships and deliver accurate performance reports.
• Hold budget accountability for contracts within the portfolio and control costs.
• Drive service improvements and innovative solutions to support growth.
• Oversee risk management, audits, and coordination with landlords and regulatory bodies.
