Randstad CPE is recruiting an Operations Manager to lead the delivery of Total Facilities Management services across a flagship portfolio of Grade A offices in the City of London. You will oversee hard and soft services, manage a team of Facilities Managers and supervisors, and ensure KPI/SLA achievement while maintaining statutory compliance.

• Direct and optimize daily TFM operations across multi-tenanted Grade A assets, ensuring service consistency.
• Lead and develop an operational team of facilities managers and supervisors.
• Senior operational escalation point for critical service issues and complex occupier requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement programs, SOPs, and service innovation across all contract deliverables.
• Build trusted, responsive relationships with on-site client representatives, tenant committees, and corporate real-estate heads.
• Chair weekly operational reviews and report metrics to MMMs.
• Conduct regular site audits alongside client representatives to maintain transparent operational governance.
• Ensure 100% statutory property compliance across all sites, including fire safety and water hygiene.
• Collaborate with QHSE teams to maintain audit trails, near-miss reporting, and RAMS/permit-to-work verification.
• Lead business continuity and emergency response protocols, on-call duty manager on rostered basis.
• Manage the operational budget, monitor costs, overtime, and subcontractor spend.
• Track and approve contractor work orders and small projects up to DOA limits.
• Hold specialist subcontractors accountable to SLAs and cost schedules via monthly appraisals.
