Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting for a facilities management role focused on hard services within a single building in London. You will manage in-house staff, contractors and consultants to deliver a compliant, high-standard FM service, with emphasis on service charge budgeting, supplier performance, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires managing budgets, reporting to stakeholders, and ensuring health and safety, environmental standards, and policy adherence across all activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, with focus on hard services.
• Budgeting and cost control for service charges.
• Strong supplier management and performance reviews.
• Knowledge of health and safety and environmental compliance (ISO14001).

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a compliant facilities management service for a single building.
• Attend and chair management meetings, produce reports for stakeholders.
• Prepare, monitor and reconcile service charge budgets; approve expenditures.
• Manage site staff, suppliers and consultants in line with policies.
• Ensure security, health & safety and environmental procedures are robust.
• Monitor supplier performance against SLAs and audit delivery.
• Procure goods and services following procedures and policies.
• Oversee capital replacement programmes and building inspections.
