Randstad CPE is seeking a commercially driven General Manager to assume strategic, operational, and commercial accountability for a flagship portfolio of contracts across the City of London. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across hard (M&E) and soft facilities services, with full P&L accountability and a direct line to the Divisional Director.

You will manage client relationships at C-suite level, drive operational excellence, contract retention, and identify organic business

Qualificações

• Experience leading large facilities management contracts.
• Proven track record of strategic and financial accountability.
• Strong stakeholder engagement at C-suite level.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership to an operational team including Account Managers and Service Managers.
• Ensure full P&L accountability and delivery of budgeted margins.
• Maintain client relationships at senior levels and drive contract renewals and growth.
• Ensure contractual KPIs and SLAs across all FM disciplines and compliance with HSE standards.
