Job summary

National Trust is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager for Stourhead to lead facilities management and operations across the property group. You will guide a team of staff, volunteers and placements, ensuring safety, compliance and sustainability standards while supporting conservation and visitor experiences.

You will manage traditional FM activities, contractor relationships and information systems, driving best value and performance within a complex heritage environment at one of our busiest

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, asset and maintenance management.
• Knowledge of health and safety and environmental regulations.
• Experience leading teams including staff and volunteers.
• Budgeting, procurement and supplier management experience.
• Understanding of building fabric and conservation principles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-complexity facilities management across the property group.
• Lead a team of staff, volunteers and placements to maintain assets.
• Ensure safety, compliance and sustainability standards are met.
• Oversee budget management and contractor procurement.
• Collaborate with the Property Leadership Team to support conservation goals.
