National Trust is seeking a Facilities Co-ordinator for Attingham Park and Sunnycroft to keep historic buildings, visitor facilities and estate spaces safe, compliant and welcoming. You’ll join a collaborative Facilities Team delivering responsive maintenance and compliance across the site, with occasional travel to wider estate and a rotating schedule, including weekends.

You’ll work under the Facilities Manager, coordinating safety, security and environmental management while using IT systems

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health, safety and compliance requirements (fire, security, emergency response).
• Experience with IT systems and MS Office.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with adaptability and budgeting awareness.
• Willingness to learn new skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across the estate.
• Support Facilities Manager in health, safety and compliance tasks.
• Liaise with contractors to ensure safe, compliant facilities.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor compliance using IT systems.
• Contribute to high standards of visitor facilities across Attingham and Sunnycroft.
