Job summary

Oyster is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of multi-let commercial offices across Central London. You will lead a team on-site while managing several assets, ensuring safety, efficiency and exemplary service delivery.

You will mentor Facilities Managers and coordinators, maintain excellent relationships with occupiers and contractors, and drive energy‑efficiency initiatives across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Senior FM/Facilities Manager experience in commercial offices.
• Proven leadership of on-site teams.
• Strong knowledge of H&S, compliance, and building operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience with budgets, procurement, and service charges.

Responsibilities
