JLL is recruiting an exceptional Senior Facilities Manager to oversee operations at the Merchant Square Estate, along with General Manager responsibilities at 1 Kingdom Street, London. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead facilities management of premier commercial properties in London's dynamic business district.

This role will focus on delivering top-tier operational and customer services, ensuring facilities services meet JLL's standards and industry benchmarks. Acting as the 'Ambassador' for JLL and the building owners, the role involves maintaining and enhancing the property's reputation as a top workplace, building strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.

Leading an on-site FM team, the Senior Facilities Manager will handle key client and tenant issues, collaborating with property managers, surveyors, and accountants. This position provides a significant impact opportunity in a prestigious London location.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
Client Service
  • Understand client objectives and instructions regarding the property.
  • Assist in client reporting on operational issues and customer relations.
  • Lead client interactions to establish and enhance brand image.
  • Maintain strategic oversight of instructions.
Customer Experience
  • Develop and manage property strategies to deliver high customer service standards.
  • Engage regularly with occupier representatives to understand their needs.
  • Manage on-site service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize service interruptions.
  • Conduct and respond to occupier surveys to improve satisfaction.
Operations Management
  • Lead and develop the on-site FM team to deliver high service standards.
  • Ensure KPIs are met and services are delivered excellently.
  • Implement best practices across all FM areas, including financial management, procurement, health and safety, and environmental policies.
  • Coordinate major works and minor planned maintenance.
  • Maintain emergency and incident plans.
Key Skills
