Mace has a number of asset replacement projects within its infrastructure portfolio. The projects range from £3m to £10m and are located within the passenger terminal environment. Projects include:
The scope is part of the framework awarded to Mace in 2022 and will continue until 2032 (minimum). The senior project manager will be a key part of our asset replacement team at Heathrow airport during this period of growth. We anticipate further commissions in the next year, including MEP services replacement and the complete fit-out of various terminal areas.

You will ensure robust quality systems are in place and managed according to the infrastructure service excellence delivery plan. You will oversee project delivery from inception through design, procurement, and construction, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones. You will support the asset management team and broader client teams to deliver projects accurately and timely.
You will manage project budgets, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies. You will support the long-term development of your business unit, creating a sustainable future. You will aim to make a positive impact on people, clients, and the environment, holding others accountable to Mace's values.
You will lead design and consultancy teams collaboratively, managing project teams and stakeholders to meet KPIs. You will network, innovate, and leverage knowledge across Mace's groups and centers of excellence.
