Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee building operations for a facility, campus, or portfolio of buildings. You will lead a team, manage budgets and capital projects, and coordinate repairs with vendors to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant facilities.

You will mentor staff, drive improvements, and maintain strong client relationships across multiple buildings, aligning with CBRE RISE values and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Valid driver's license required. Facility Management certification preferred.
• Experience leading staff, coaching, performance evaluations, and recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and building operations processes.
• Ability to manage budgets, capital projects, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, track training and development, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, schedules, and cross-train staff.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Develop environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Lead by example and drive improvements across the facilities team.
• Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
