Celnor Group's CHPK division in London seeks a Senior Façade Engineer to lead complex facade projects across high-rise, commercial and heritage schemes. You will deliver technical expertise, manage design development, and ensure quality, regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• You are an experienced facade engineering professional with strong technical expertise and a practical, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage facade design and engineering challenges.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and consultants.
• Prepare Gateway 2 submissions for HRBs.
• Carry out site, factory and installation inspections.
• Lead façade failure investigations and remedial works.
• Review designs, drawings and technical deliverables.
• Develop technical specifications and design standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Prepare fee proposals and support business development.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Contribute to industry events, forums and publications.
• Support continuous improvement and quality standards.
