Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and specifications under the direction and review of senior team members.
• Perform QA/QC of reports and ensure procedures are followed for approvals.
• Conduct regular inspections and condition surveys of façades.
• Prepare fee proposals and ensure director review before client issuance.
• Manage project administration and ensure appropriate job numbering and auditing.
