Job summary

CHPK Group seeks a Senior Facade Engineer to lead complex façade projects in London. You will own technical delivery, ensuring high-quality design, compliance and client service across diverse sectors.

Join a collaborative team within the Consulting department, contributing to growth and mentoring junior staff while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and industry involvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Extensive facade design and engineering experience across projects.
• Knowledge of facade systems, detailing and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage facade design and engineering challenges on projects.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and consultants.
• Prepare Gateway 2 submissions for HRBs.
• Carry out site, factory and installation inspections.
• Lead façade failure investigations and remedial works.
• Review designs and technical deliverables.
• Develop technical specifications and design standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.
• Prepare fee proposals and support business development.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Contribute to industry events and publications.
• Support continuous improvement and quality standards.
