Job summary

Purosearch is seeking a Senior Structural Façade Engineer to lead complex façade projects in London. You will oversee design from concept to construction, liaise with architects and contractors, and drive technical excellence on high-rise and landmark schemes.

The role offers hybrid working, mentoring opportunities, and clear progression towards principal and associate levels. A competitive package and ongoing CPD are provided.

Qualifications

7+ years' experience in structural façade engineering.
Strong knowledge of curtain walling, rainscreen cladding and glazing systems.
Experience producing structural calculations with TEDDS/Robot/Strand7/ANSYS.
Good understanding of Eurocodes and British Standards.

Responsibilities

Lead design and engineering of façade systems from concept to construction.
Carry out structural calculations for curtain walls and glazing.
Produce technical reports, calculations and design documentation.
Mentor junior engineers and support project planning and client liaison.
Attend client meetings and ensure regulatory compliance.
