Our exhausts are handcrafted from our workshop in Brackley, with the finest, high-grade materials. We've built a brand known for the quality of the craftsmanship of our exhausts so we only hire the most skilled fabricators/welders with strong attention to detail who take great pride in their work. About you

You are a highly skilled Fabricator/TIG Welder, who has experience with exotic materials such as Titanium and Stainless Steel. You have a minimum of 5 years of exhaust manufacturing experience in the Motorsport industry. You are looking for a fast-growing company to join as a senior member of the workshop to help us deliver on our growth plans.

You’ll work alongside our Founder Tom and a senior welder/fabricator who will be hands-on with your training and development to help you to weld and fabricate to the high standards we have set.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as a skilled TIG welder in the Motorsport Industry
• Ability to weld and fabricate by hand. We don’t use machines to cut any corners
• Ability to work to tight tolerances to achieve the best quality
• Very strong attention to detail and care and pride in your work
• Ability to use a variety of hand tools and equipment

We are a small, but growing team and so the opportunity for development is exponential. Our team culture is important to us, so as well as the more formal stuff, we do end-of-week clean down and beers in the workshop, as well as plenty of post-work pub drinks and other benefits.

• Competitive wage £15-20 per hour depending on experience
• Annual bonus based on company performance
